International students can track application on application portal through which they have applied. University will provide with login credentials through which they can check live status of their application along with receipt of transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters. It is advisable to check application periodically before emailing it to admission office. Students can also receive decision mail through the same portal.

Not all US universities have strict SAT cutoffs for admissions. Colleges will not usually explicitly mention them per se. Rather most of them in their school reports mentioning SAT score range of the admitted students in the previous year. So this can be referred to for reference when applying for admissions in the USA.

No, the intercollegiate athletic teams of the California Institute of Technology compete in NCAA Division III.
