No, the University of Colorado Boulder is not a part of Ivy League. The Ivy League consists of the eight most prestigious private universities in the US. However, CU Boulder is generally considered a Public Ivy, which term is given to those universities that are comparable to Ivy League in terms of academic excellence and quality of education, and high research activity.
