As of Fall 2023, the total number of students enrolled at UPenn is 28,711. Out of this, 23,000+ are full time students. The University of Pennsylvania's application process and requirements are the same for all the applicants. Each student's application, regardless of the citizenship and permanent residency status, is evaluated on the basis of their academic profile.
