Northern Virginia community coolege is generally known for its transfer credit programme which allows the students enrolled in different courses in NOVA to transfer to other universities for 4 year courses providing higher education opportunities and also allowing for residency .
other then this NOVA is known for affordability that is its lower tuition fee in comparaision to other universities.

Yes, an average Indian student can potentially join the Northern Virginia Community College .
NVCC has open admission policy. Anyone with high school dilpoma or any equivalent ceritifucate is eligible to apply, including international students like those from India. however, for application for admission to NVCC one has to meet required english profficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing and also other necessary criterias.
