Purdue University’s Mechanical Engineering programme is way better than Indiana’s program. As per the Shiksha Grading, the grading for Mechanical Engineering is A+ at Purdue whereas it is C+ at Indiana University Indianapolis. Along with the subject grading and overall university ranking, the Mechanical Engineering programme at Indiana lags in many ways, including the academic curriculum, research and career opportunities, placement rates, and faculties.

Purdue University is no doubt a better university than Indiana University Indianapolis. Purdue University ranked at the #43 place among National Universities where Indiana stands at #201. In addition, as per the Shiksha grading, the overall university grade of Purdue is ‘A’, and Indiana got a ‘B+’ overall grade.
