To be considered a potential Syracuse student as an international student, you would require an irresistible student profile. For starters, your academic performance should be nice along with all the other achievements, which can help shine. For UG admissions, you should have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and for PG courses, it is 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Other important factors are your English language proficiency scores, performance is entrance tests like SAT or ACT (optional), but you can choose to submit it. Higher scores here can increase the chances of selection.

Absolutely, once you are done with the admission process and the submission of the required admission documents, you will have a dedicated student profile on the Syracuse University portal. The students can check their application status via the same portal. Also, these students are to remain active on emails too as the decision notifications can also be sent there.

If an international student is through with the entire Syracuse University admission process and has applied for the regular decision, then they generally receive a response from the university by April 1. These students are required to keep a check on the admission notifications as they are communicated through email, so after applying keep checking.

At Gannon University, there is no minimum GPA requirement given, as it differs from course to course. However, it is a 2.5 GPA for most of the Gannon University courses. For programs like MBA in Business Analytics or MS programs, international students need a higher GPA than the minimum.
As per the data taken from the official website of this university, 50% of the students who applied in 2024 for UG courses had a GPA between 3.3 and 3.8, making the admissions competitive.

With an acceptance rate of 70%, it can not be considered a huge deal to get into Gannon University. This is good admit rate which tells us that out of every 100 applicants 70 applicants get in.
International students are just required to meet the basic admission criteria such as a good GPA in previous education, English language proficiency, SAT or ACT scores and good LORs and essays.

For the Kent State University admissions for the year 2026, international students can choose not to take any SAT or ACT as entrance tests. Hence, technically the students do not really need to submit these scores as part of their applications.
Although students can choose to submit these scores as part of the application if they want to show their academic abilities and increase their chances of getting into the university.
