The counselling process is for students who qualify for the GBPUAT Entrance exam. Then they need to pass the cutoff as well. During the counselling process, students need to accept their seat and pay the seat acceptance fee. It is suggested to prepare all the important documents in advance.

After Pantnagar University announced the GBPUAT Result, selected students need to beat the Cutoff as well. Once they qualify for the GBPUAT Cutoff, they will be called for the counselling process. The counselling process is held to confirm the seats and provide admission to the deserving students.

Students need to go to the official portal of GBPUAT to download the result. The GBPUAT Result is declared once the exam is successfully over. After passing the entrance exam, students need to beat the GBPUAT Cutoff. Once a student qualifies both the result and the cutoff, they will participate in the counselling process.

Yes, it is mandatory to get the admit card to the exam centre. Students need to carry a valid ID proof and their GBPUAT Hall Ticket to their allotted exam centre. If someone forgets to carry their entry ticket, they will not be allowed in the centre.

Students need to complete their application process before the end date to be able to download the GBPUAT Admit Card. They need to use their login credentials to be able to download the hall ticket when it is released by the exam officials. It is mandatory to bring the GBPUAT Hall Ticket to the exam centre.

Upload your photo, signature, and academic certificates. Follow the size and format rules. Wrong uploads can reject your form. Keep original documents ready for counselling.

Those who clear the exam and qualify the cutoff, only they will be called for the GBPUAT Counselling process.

Once the exam is over for all UG, PG and Doctoral courses, the result is announced. Before the GBPUAT Result announcement, the answer key is released for the final evaluation of marks. The GBPUAT merit list is based on the GBPUAT exam marks. Higher marks mean a better rank. Reservation rules are also used. The list is published online and used for counselling.

Usually, students cannot change the GBPUAT Exam centre after submitting the form. In special cases, they can contact the admission office. So, select the exam centre carefully when filling the Pantnagar University Application form.

The GBPUAT admit card shows your name, roll number, exam date, time, and place. It also has instructions for the exam day. Your photo and signature will be on it. Check all details carefully. If something is wrong, tell the university. You must carry the admit card and a photo ID.
