The BHU provides admission based on the CUET score.The 12th class marks does not matter.It is actually necessary to qualify the CUET for the admission to BHU. They do not provide direct admission in any of the course.

Banaras Hindu University is situated in Banaras and it is one of the top- most university of India. It is very famous for its specialisation course. The courses offered by the university are B.Sc, BA, B.E, M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Techetc. BHU gives admission on the basis of entrance exam. BHU accepts the score of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission purpose and for B.Tech BHU accepts the score of JEE Mains and for M.Tech GATE scores are accepted and the candidate must have competed their bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% aggregate.

Any caste, region, religion students can apply for admission to various courses at BHU. Any caste student must fulfill the eligibility criteria and take admission. While selection process, students are not judged basis their religion, they are judged based on their merit. Hence, any student meeting the eligibility criteria can get admission in BHU. BHU does not descriminate people on any basis.

While both BHU and JNU are prestigious institutes of India, and have guaranteed impeccable placement records in past, but in terms of MBA, BHU is regarded as the best choice over JNU. The highest package at the former for MBA is INR 38 Lacs per annum while for the latter it is INR 30 Lacs per annum. BHU is better than JNU for MBA in terms of fees as well.

Hello Sabita!

Admissions to B.Ed at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University are open. To be eligible for B.Ed one must have graduated from a recognised university with a minimum of 50%. 

The admission process for B.Ed is:

  1. First you need to appear in the UP B.Ed JEE exam. Score as high as possible.
  2. Then you need to apply for the university.
  3. Then UP B.Ed JEE counselling will be started, seats will be allocated to students according to their performace in entrance exam and graduation.
  4. After the seat is assigned, candidates need to pay the tuition of the college and start the session.

FEE STRUCTURE:

The fee structure for MBBS course at BHU is approximately 1.5 Lacs per year

HOSTEL AVAILABILITY:

Furnished and hygienic hostels are available for both Boys and girls with satisfactory mess facility.

CUTOFF:

The cutoffs for MBBS Course is not mentioned clearly in the college's official website. Try contacting the institute directly for detailed information.

For the majority of programmes at Banaras Hindu University, admission to courses is determined by entrance. A one-year dropout student may therefore apply for the desired course; nevertheless, they must be eligible for that entrance. The applicant should also fulfil the minimal eligibility requirements particular to the course. Furthermore, an application explaining their cause for dropping out may be required of the student.
