according to me the dates have been changed and it is not on 10th but you should be confirming by going to their respective website and checking out their notifications / examinations section

Yes, you will get a seat in BHU as you've got the quota of OBC which will help you in securing your seat as there are 58 seats available for the OBC category candidates.

If we see the past years cut-off ranks for CSE then IIT-B is the best and IIT-D and IIT-K will come later on. The cut-off ranks indicate the whole statistical data like students trends, Infrastructure, Placements and most important is rankings. Your first target should meet the prime eligibility criteria for admission in IIT's, i.e to score minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12th standard. I am strongly recommending that you have to join any reputed coaching institute for building confidence and time management. Good luck.
