Hi Manish, for any entrance exam the trick is to look at the syllabus. Once you know the syllabus, your entire preparation has to be only in that direction and nothing over and above that. As students or law aspirants, one wants to read everything that is there and score good grades but that's one things which is a deal breaker. No, for getting admitted to Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, you have to appear for the CAT exam. If you clear the cutoff of merit list you are through for the further process of admission in MBA.
However, there is another way of getting a MBA degree but that will be done from a different faculty, i.e. Faculty of Commerce but the degree from Institute of Management Studies is valued much higher.

Obviously IIMC. Other colleges are nowhere close to the reputation of IIMC. It is the most premium mass communication college in India.
