At Institute of Management Studies (Faculty of Management Studies) we have MBA and MBA (International Business) in which we get admissions through CAT. The courses you are talking about are part of Faculty of Commerce and not FMS. Admissions in these courses take place through entrance conducted by BHU. So, I will not be able to tell about placements of these courses but someone from faculty of commerce can surely help you.

Pharmaceutical Engineering is growing with development. It may not be that much alluring though. You can surely join IIT BHU Pharmaceutical Engineering. But make your mind, that you have to go in the non-core sector if required.

It's a tough one. If you want to join the core sector after engineering, go for IET Lucknow. And if you are okay with joining a non-core job, it may be anything like consulting or coding. Then, join IIT BHU. IIT gives the exposure and experience.

Taking a drop or not is solely your decision. Are you ready to study for one more year? It takes dedication, vigor, and motivation. The last thing is hard to keep. Students lose motivation after some months and end up performing bad. If you are sturdy headed, go for a drop. Personally, I would recommend joining the college.
