It has come a long way since its inception in the last 15 years or so. Over this period of time, the college has established a very vibrant placements cell. Balance 70% seeds are filled up based on the ranking obtained by the students in EAMCET conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. Technically speaking, the students who are seeking admission under management quota, need not appear for the entrance exam conducted by the state of Andhra Pradesh for admissions to engineering colleges. However it is always better to appear for either this or JEE Mains or any other national level entrance exam for engineering colleges so that the ranking obtained in any of these examinations can be used for admission in the management quota.

This college, which is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, offers three courses to the students. The fees for each of these courses is INR 43000.00 per year. In addition to this, an amount of INR  5500.00 in the first year and then INR 2500 in the subsequent 3 years is charged as special fees.
