Hello, Bapatla Women's Engineering College was established in the year 2009. It's a college that is exclusively for girl students. It has come a long way since its inception in the last 15 years or so. Over this period of time, the college has established a very vibrant placements cell. This cell conducts mock drills for the students so that they fare better when the actual teams come for recruitment. Hello, Bapatla Women's Engineering College has vibrant placements cell. This fell prepares the students to face the recruiters during interview and also liaises with different recruiters to come to the college for placements. The college is able to place almost 70% of the students during the placements season. The salary packages vary from about 3 lacs per annum to more than 14 lacs per annum. One major factor which affects the placements is the industrial climate in the state. Balance 70% seeds are filled up based on the ranking obtained by the students in EAMCET conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. Compared with the graduates of science, commerce or arts, the graduates in engineering branches have much better chances of landing the job after completion of their college or getting their degree. This is one of the main reasons why students flock to this college. Another important reason perhaps is that this is a college which is exclusively for women. Hello, the fees to be paid by the students for studying in this college of engineering for girls is quite reasonable at about ?43000.00 in addition to this a college charges rupees 5500 as a special fee for the first year and then rupees 2500 in subsequent years. College also insurance all the students and the premium is also charge from the students which is at about rupees 500.
The college provides hostel facilities but those who want to able have to pay separately after applying and getting admission in the hostel.
