It is difficult to get a seat in VRSEC according to your rank. So please choose other colleges that are eligible with your rank.

Admissions are based on securing a rank in the LAWCET qualifying exam. The LAWCET is conducted in every academic year by a university to which the job is entrusted to by the Andhra Pradesh Commission of Higher Education. LAWCET qualifying exam is conducted separately for five-year BA LLB and 3- year LL.B course in every academic year usually in the month of June and for which notification is given in the month of May. The LAWCET exams is yet to commence on June 2nd 2019, and thereafter the counselling dates will be announced.

There are only 80 seats, your rank is very low to get an admission. It may be possible that in open counselling or through management quota, you might get admission but otherwise, it seems unlikely.
