While it follows that the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER) commonly declares its semester exam results just within the weeks following the completion of the semester exams, this time frame is generally not for all courses and academic calendars.
For the most precise information on when semester exam results will be available, it is better to check the official IPGMER website or contact the examination office at the institution directly.

You don't get an immediate admission to the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER) in the MBBS course. The admissions to MBBS courses are done based on the NEET-UG (pronounced NEET for undergraduate courses) score. There is no provision for direct admission.
For admission into Postgraduate (MD/MS) courses, one should qualify in NEET-PG and go through counseling.
MBBS or MD/MS direct admissions at IPGMER strictly follow the centralized entrance examination system (NEET-UG and NEET-PG) without exception.
