No, you can not get amission to the MBBS course at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital without the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Exam.
Now, each college in India has accepted NEET UG Exam as their common entrance test which is mandatory to take admission.
Even if you are thinking of getting admission without appearing in NEET exam through Management quota, this is not possible. From management quota you need to appear in NEET exam.

Yes BIBS Kolkata is quite an expensive college as it fees ranges from INR 4.02 lakh to INR 7.38 lakh, which could be difficult to afford for many candidates. So, yes BIBS is considered as an expensive college. The highest package at the institute has reached upwards of INR 13 lakh, so there seems to be a good return on investment at this institute.
