COMEDK will come out with an Architecture counselling form during June/July 2019 on their official website, that is what they replied to me when I sent them a query email regarding this. You will have to upload your NATA2019 score then. The guidelines for the counselling will be released soon in May/June 2019 they said. Keep checking their website every 2 days or so for updates.

First of all congratulations on securing such a good score. It would be difficult to get into MSRIT, but surely I would suggest you to try, who knows if your luck prevails. I would like to suggest you to look into BGS School of Architecture and Planning, Bangalore too.

Yes, you are eligible for COMEDK exam with 61% marks in PCM and with 36 marks in maths as COMEDK only requires 45% in 12th board examination.

You have to score minimum 50% marks in HSC exams to be eligible for COMEDK and UGET exam in Mumbai.

Yes, you can write COMEDK examination again without writing boards but you have to drop 1 year if you are selected.

Every college has a different cut-off of selection through ComedK. It varies from college to college, there is no fixed cut-off. Basically, the selection is done on the basis of COMEDK scores.
