No, there will be no numerical type of question in the COMEDK question paper. COMEDK 2024 exam comprises multiple choice questions with 4 alternatives. There will be a total of 180 questions from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.As per the exam pattern of COMEDK UGET, there is a single paper which includes 180 questions (60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Each question carries 1 mark totalling 180 marks.In COMEDK, repeating the same questions is uncommon, however the types of questions will be similar. Solving prior year question papers can give you a good understanding of the problems asked.

Candidates sometimes misunderstand the distinction between the Uni-GAUGE and COMEDK UGET exams. The Uni-Gauge and COMEDK UGET exams are given on the same day and use the same set of questions. Admissions to COMEDK UGET 2024 will be handled via the centralized counselling procedure. Nonetheless, each member institute will be in charge of managing Uni-Gauge 2024 admissions.

The COMEDK UGET is a computer-based online exam, and you won't have access to an on-screen calculator either. Hence, you cannot bring a calculator to the COMEDK UGET exam centre. Electronic devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. However, rough sheets will be provided for you to do any necessary calculations during the exam.

The COMEDK UGET exam is conducted in three shifts for the 2024 exam year. Earlier it was conducted in two shifts. This is a change from previous years where it was held in two shifts. The shift timings are:
- Shift 1: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Shift 3: 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
