No, you are not eligible for B. Sc computer science after completing B.Com course. Only science stream students are eligible to apply for a B. Sc computer science course. There is a huge difference.

Definetly, you can pursue M.Com after B.A. Through distance. You can also go for M.A. (Masters of Arts) and make a career in the lectureship and research by taking UGC NET Exam. The exam is conducted every year for aspirants who want a well-settled career after doing master's in arts, Commerce or Humanities.

Yes, you can. The only requirement is that you should have completed your class 12th with mathematics. Maths is a must. If I am not wrong MCA is a three-year course.
