There is a fee of INR 13.76,000 to INR 54.87,000 for the K G Joshi College of Art and the N G Bedakar College of Commerce.
The fee for the degree program at A E Kalsekar College is INR 28.74,000

Hi, No, it is not possible to pursue M.Sc. IT course after completion of your 12th standard with Commerce stream. To be eligible to pursue M.Sc. IT course, you should have passed Bachelor's degree in IT or related stream from a Government recognised university.
