Yes, you can almost all Universities allow admission in BCA to students having any stream in Class 12th. Computer or Maths subject in 12th class is not required for a student willing to take admission in BCA Course.

To answer your question in a single line, Commerce is not useless and in fact commerce has become inevitable part of human life. That totally depends on the definition of commerce. As per the eligibility criteria of B.Com (H) of SRCC, The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics/ Business Mathematics or equivalent paper at qualifying examination for admission to B.Com (H). So Mathematics/ Business Mathematics is compulsory at 12th level. So you have to opt for Mathematics in 12th if wants admission here in asked course.

Digital marketing can be studied under general BBA or other under graduation management. You can specialize in this trending skill. Few college like Chitkara University provide BBA course with specializations in digital marketing. I suggest you to do BBA from reputed college and acquire digital marketing skills and certification online from premier b school like IIM. Best wishes.
