Well, decide what you want to study firstly and where. Requirements will be different everywhere. If you plan to study in USA you clear the SAT and TOEFL or IELTS. Similarly you must check with the universities worldwide. Refer to QS world rankings etc. for university lists, visit their websites and check the admission requirements. The process is online. They have deadlines every year by which you must submit the online application forms.
