With 123 score, you will get baby IIM calls, and if your profile is great then you can expect main IIM calls as well.

An MBA is a post-graduate qualification and can be taken up only after you complete your graduation. It is usually a two-year program whereas the Chartered Accountancy CA is a professional degree that can be started after you finish your 12th standard. Good luck.
