For me, what makes GIBS special is that it's not just about classes and exams. The college gives you a lot of opportunities to learn, explore, and grow as a person.

When I joined, I was a bit shy and not very confident while speaking in front of others. But slowly, through presentations, workshops, guest sessions, industry visits, and different activities, I became much more confident. It really helped me come out of my comfort zone, and today I feel much more comfortable interacting with people.

I also like that GIBS focuses a lot on practical learning. We get exposure through live projects, certifications, internships, and placement tr

Yes. DU SOL offers a BCom programme for a minimum of three and a maximum of five years in distance or correspondence mode, and candidates who have passed Class 12 from a recognised board are eligible to apply. In spite of DU SOL does not have the same value as a regular DU college degree for campus placements, it takes a place among the legitimate and budget-friendly credentials for those who want to earn a University of Delhi Diploma by distance learning while working or preparing for competitive examinations.

Symbiosis institutes won't allow internal transfers. Students cannot switch from one Symbiosis college to another after enrolling, so applicants must apply directly to the specific campus they wish to attend right from the start.

This is one of the most common questions and the answer is highly dependent on your situation. If you are close to the cutoff and have strong desire to become a student of one of the top commerce colleges, a drop year is worth giving it a try to improve your 12th. But in case your score is far from the cutoff, it might be a good idea to pursue a good college and study for certifications and other skills apart from maths, Science and commerce subjects. Because even a drop year only works if you have a plan and discipline to follow.

Yes, graduating from a top commerce college in India really can lead to some good salary jobs. Investment banking, chartered accountancy, financial consulting and corporate finance jobs have a starting salary of around INR 6 LPA to 15 LPA. That said, most of the high-paying jobs also require some additional certification like CA, MBA or CFA on top of your BCom degree. The institution you go to may matter but the certifications earned and the skill development done in those three years matters a lot more.

Yes, if you come from a Commerce background, and you are kind of interested in banking, financial services, investment, accounting, or corporate finance, then BBA (Finance) at Lovely Professional University might be a pretty good pick. In the course you will cover things like financial management, investment analysis, banking, taxation, financial markets, and business analytics, but also there are chances for internships, industry projects, and that professional skill development angle.

LPU's management programs also get support from a big recruiter network and a lot of corporate exposure, so students can slowly build a strong base for
