Hi,
BBA is a 3-year undergraduate management course. After BBA, you will get entry level jobs for the high. For high paid jobs, you would have to clear your MBA from a good college. I can say that this course alone is not responsible for the scope in market but it depends on the individual's practical knowledge, innovation, planning and his dedication towards the job.
