You can go for any college of DU, who offer B.Com (P), but without Maths, you cannot apply for B.Com (H).

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc in Maths is that student must have passed in class 12th with Science stream and should have at least 50% marks or 60% marks as per different universities norms.

Hi Priyankshu,
Yes, the Madurai Kamaraj University does offer a bachelor degree in Commerce. It is a full time course of 3 years and is available in two languages: Tamil and English. The admission in this program is merit based, depending on the marks you obtained in class 12th.

Bachelor of Commerce or B.Com. Is a 3-year undergraduate degree in Commerce, the minimum eligibility for which is passing of Higher Secondary Examination with Maths and English as core subjects.
