If you find after class 10th it is too early to join then you can join after 10+2. You have to appear and qualify for CPT or Common Prof

That won't be major issue, B.Tech is a four year course, you have plenty of time to learn the basics. Not everyone come there to study, being expert in the subject. Your 1st year would often be basics.

Yes, Definitely you can do both the things simultaneously. As there is no such classes (except if you take face to face coaching classes) for CS so you have plenty of time to attend your college lectures. Also the syllabus is somewhat similar. B.Com is very easy in comparison to CS.
