Getting UIET Chandigarh at this score is difficult and in the CSE it looks impossible but you can try your best for the same might be till the last round of the counselling you will get this and yes you can easily get a package of 12 lakhs and above from this college.

From Thapar and UIET, I'll refer you to opt for the UIET as this college placements is day by day increasing and the placements of Thapar university is day by day decreasing.
Last year the average package is 3.5 lakhs while that of Thapar is only 1.75 Lacs.

NIT Delhi is newly established college and started it's functioning in year 2010-2011. Hence, it's outcomes are still awaited. While PEC Chandigarh is well established India's the oldest college ( Since 1921). The placement record of PEC is very healthy, so my choice is PEC.

I would say that CSE at PEC is much better than ITY at NIT Kurukshetra. The reason being the placements of CSE at PEC are very good and the department of CSE is also very cool. They have chilled out environment.

UIET Chandigarh is quite good in comparison with many other colleges. It has been developing decently over the past years. It is backed by some good faculty, decent placement record, the stature of being engineering department of world famous university i.e Panjab University.
