There, the students pursuing an MCA course can take reimbursement facilities both in Government as well as Private institutes. You are not a robot so you can cancel your admission after 1st sem of MCA in JNTU. The process of doing this is to apply for a withdrawal through the college administration. You follow a proper procedure, they are supposed to return your original 10th and intermediate certificates, without any fee. If there is a refund, it should be issued in seven days.
