Candidates need to pay a total fee of INR 3 lakh for BCA course. The fee, include a non-refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000 . Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

A pass in Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category candidates as per Maharashtra government rule) or equivalent is required to apply for the BCA course. Candidates must also qualify ATMA UG or MHT CET to apply for the BCA admission. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their proof of eligibility during the document verification round.
