Yes, Anna University accepts TANCET entrance exam scores for admission to its MCA course. The final selection is based on TANCA counselling. Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test. A.      Admission to BCA, BBA and BSc is based on merit in the last qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) at Dinabandhu Andrews Institute of Technology and Management.

LPU is only university having single campus only in Phagwara, punjab .

Coming to the question of BCA seat intake if we talk about the LPU Phagwara campus then the total number of seats are approximately 180 only in BCA but if you are interested in some integrated course then I would suggest you to refer website for better clarification.
