You need to have a Bachelor's degree in computer application. Most MCA institutes will accept graduates from other streams like commerce, arts, Science, and computer Science as well. You need to have more than 50% of your Bachelors degree. You need to have more than 55% in your 12th standard.

No, you can't do it. You can do one course only at one time, do B.Sc. or BCA at your interest but I prefer you to do BCA.

It is quite a subjective question and my opinion will not matter if it does not match with your interest. CSE and ME are entirely different with CSE comprising scientific and engineering aspects of computing and designing automated machine systems and intelligent bots. Vellore Institute of Technology has a higher ranking, better faculty members and a reputation in the educational world. In VIT whatever the campus, the only branch that's good for placements is CSE. If you take core branches even in Vellore then also it's very difficult to get into core companies because there are very less core companies visiting for placements and its
