While every person may argue that the MBA or MCA which he or she obtains is the best. I would rate an MBA based on their areas of coverage to an extent but most of my analysis would be the post-study achievement and performance of the student or in this case the past student. It is my view that the performance of that person should improve given that he/she should be able to readily and successfully apply critical thinking to any situation and arrive at a fairly reasonable and acceptable conclusion.

Dear aspirant, Great interacting with you. Yes, offcourse
No one is going to ask you anything. You will have to take admission on the basis of your last Certificate. Lets assume you are taking drop in your graduate course then your 12th Mark sheet will be used. They may ask you like what you did in the interval. You can answer with anything or you can tell the truth too, that you dropped out if the reasons of dropping out is positive. Just do not waste the step you are taking. Do something very needful. Hope it helps. If you found it useful then upvote or thumbs up my answer. Good luck.
