Each and every business and even individuals are going online for almost every task. Web development has an immense future and has huge job opportunities as well as entrepreneurship too. Though a large number of things are available free online to learn it, for a properly structured training you can pursue B.Tech in IT from good universities like IITs, BITs, NITs, PEC, DTU, LPU and VIT etc. Hope this helps
