It depends on where you wish to see yourself after the completion of this course. There is a good demand for medical streams such as MBBS in Kerala. B.Tech is a good option for engineering aspirants. If you wish to become an accountant then a B.Com is the most preferred degree. BBA/MBA streams are popular among management aspirants.

Among the colleges you mentioned, Centennial and Conestoga have good ranking and even Lambton is popular. You can therefore choose among these three. No college will guarantee you a job. Every branch has their own importance. If you want to become a software engineer, then you can go for CSE or IT branch. Whereas, if you want to pursue aeronautics, then you can go for aeronautical engineering.

Hi,
When you ask about a B.Sc in Food Technology versus Anesthesia Technology, the obvious answer would that that there is no direct except that the end goal for both is to make life healthy for people. What I would say is go with where you want to see yourself either helping surgeons save million lives or developing practices to ensure the best food quality to maintain healthier lives.

MBA, MCA, M.Com, PG diploma in taxation, computers, finance management, IT management etc. are all possible for you. You may also choose big data analysis course from abroad as it has a lot of scope in future and plenty of jobs will be available too.

Law : There will be many career options but from which college you have done law will play an important role as the college provide placements these days.
a) Law firm (Associate)
b) MNC (Legal officer)
c) Government agency
d) Judicial exams
e) Bank, Legal department.
f) Litigation
g) LPO
Litigation will the best option if you want to learn basics but as money matters as well, go for a law firm. After 2-3 years, you can join any MNC as well.
