B.Tech CSE is a better option in comparison to B.Tech IT because acceptance of CSE grads is higher in comparison to IT engineering grads in Indian job market. There is a perception in recruiter that CSE grads are superior in computing skills and have better academics because only toppers of Engineering Entrance Examinations are able to get CSE branch. Cut-off IT is much lower in all engineering entrance examinations.

If you have proficiency in English language, then I would say, you can go for B.Sc Nursing. If you are confident that you can achieve 7 band score in IELTS, OET then B.Sc Nursing is the best option for you. After the completion of nursing you can earn enough experience (1yr) then attempt IELTS exam or OET. If you can achieve 7 band score in IELTS you can be a Registered Nurse in UK, Australia, New Zealand or in Ireland.

Cloud computing and cyber security is more demanding stream but it's tough to make career directly in cyber security cell. Could computing and big data analysis is recommended according to me. MCA is also good in IT field as it has so many job opportunities.

Mechanical engineering is best in B.Tech if you want to do aeronautical then you can go for mechanical for Bachelors and then aeronautical in Masters. You will have both the degree with two different courses.
All the best.
