Documents are required while filling CPGET application form are copies of a passport-size photo, signature, Aadhaar number, and certificates: caste, EWS, income, and PH certificate if applicable. Keep all documents ready before starting application process.

No, CPGET application forms are only available online and can only be submitted only. They will be available on Osmania University's official website - osmania.ac.in. Forms received by any other means will not be considered for candidature at all.

While filling the CPGET application form, applicants may have to upload the following documents.
- Scanned image of latest passport-sized photgraph.
- Scanned image of signature.
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of latest income (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card
- PH certificate (if applicable)
