The children of Ex-Servicemen must bring the following documents to the CPGET counselling.
1. Original Discharge Certificate of His/ Her parent.
2. Original Identity Card of His/ Her parent Issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.
3. Original Pension Book/ PPO of His/ Her parent if pensioner.
4. Certificate from records, Gazette Notification, copies Part-II Order and other relevant documents if the applicant
claiming under Priority-I & II & III
5. Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by Concerned Zilla Sank Welfare officer in original
and Photo Copy.
6. Study Certificate of the Ex-servicemen (his/ her Parent)/ Certificate
