B.Tech Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for BTech IT, the applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Candidates must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognised institution.
- They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school.
- The pupils must pass the entrance exam cut-off.
- Candidates seeking Lateral Entry into BTech. IT programs must first finish a Diploma programme from a recognised institution.

The B.Tech. selection process varies depending on the university. JEE Mains percentile, 10th/11th class percentage marks, percentage marks/points in three subjects of 10+2 or equivalent examination, SAT score, or IB (DP/Certificate) points are used to determine admission to Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University (K L College of Engineering). The rank prediction for you percentage is approximately 1.5 -2.5 lakhs. If you belong to the general category, this rank is not enough for you to secure a seat in IIT's, NIT's. It is better that you try in private engineering colleges under B category seats.
But if you belong to SC/ST category you can to secure a seat in North Indian colleges like NIT Mizoram, Meghalaya but, you will not be able to get a seat in CSE, IT.
