Yes, those who have done B.Ed are eligible for both papers which is
1) For teaching class 1 to 5 and the second paper is for teaching class 6 to 8th.

For CTET, you should have done or pursuing Diploma or degree in education in final year. So, you are not eligible. All the best.

Hi, you can't apply CTET for primary level, but you also apply for second year.

CTET 2018 is conducted at two levels, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to class 5 will appear for Paper 1 while for class 6 to class 8 they must appear for Paper 2. To know the eligibility, please visit:
