CUCAT

CUCAT 2024 exam pattern is released by Calicut University. The CUCAT Exam pattern and marking scheme is as such that the question paper will have MCQs in the objective questions format. The duration of the CUCAT is two hours and the exam is held in offline mode, i.e. pen and paper test. 

The marking scheme for CUCAT exam is as such that questions vary for different courses. There is no fixed number of questions set per course. For BTech, the number of questions will be different from the number of questions asked in a BA Political Science question paper. There will be negative marking and 1/3 marks will be deducted. The total marks will be 100 marks.

To pursue BCom course through Calicut University Common Admission Test (CUCAT), aspirants should have completed their Class 12 from Kerala State Board or a recognised board in Commerce stream and should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate. Candidates willing to take admission in BPEd course through Calicut University Common Admission Test (CUCAT) must have done Class 12 rom Kerala State Board or any recognised board in any stream with Physical Education as a subject and should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate.
