The competition is intense, and cutoffs usually change each year based on the number of applicants, the exam's difficulty, and your category. If you're from a reserved category like OBC, SC, ST, or EWS, your chances may improve slightly. BBAU does not offer M.Sc Botany through CUET PG. So, with 131 marks, you cannot get admission there.
Other universities like BHU offer Botany, but their cutoff is better, generally above 160. Your chances are low until you belong to a reserved category.
You can attempt other schools with lower cutoffs.

With 38 marks in CUET PG, it will be very difficult to get seat in universities because their cut offs are much higher. But you can still try for some of the smaller or new universities where cut off is low, and also state universities or private colleges which accept CUET PG score. Your chances are better in less competitive courses or in universities located in north? east or central region where seat demand is less.

With 77 percentile in CUET? PG Psychology, getting into Delhi University may be tough as its cut? offs are much higher, but you can still look at other Delhi options like Jamia Millia Islamia (if it considers CUET? PG for Psychology that year), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for distance MA Psychology, and private universities such as Amity University Noida or Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) that have their own admission process. While central universities in Delhi are competitive, these alternative institutions give you a fair chance based on merit or their own entrance criteria.
