DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education  (AICTE) and the Directorate of Technical Education Government of Maharashtra (DTE GoM). Also, it is affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur. The college offers BTech and BArch at the UG level and M.Tech at the PG level.
