However, the admission process at DBU takes a holistic approach, considering multiple factors in the student's profile. The University of Texas Dallas and the University of Illinois Springfield offers the best MIS programs to international students. But, if we have to choose from Texas Dallas or the Illinois Springfield, then the University of Illinois Springfield cost for MIS is low as comapred to the University of Texas Dallas.

Dallas, Texas has so much to offer to international students from good universities to study to good food and rich culture. The city has a lively cultural scene and a modern vibe. Dallas is home to more than 1.3 million people and it offers various outlets when it comes to having food and drinks such as the Sip Stir Coffee House. Also, Dallas is not that expensive as other cities in the U.S., food is 21% cheaper than San Francisco.

Yes, a GRE score is required for admission to MS in CS course at the University of Texas at Dallas. A 308 GRE score (combined) is required – 153 for Verbal and 155 for Qualitative and 4 for the Analytical Writing components. Apart from the GRE score, the applicants must have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree (including 2 semesters of Calculus, 1 semester of Linear Algebra and a strong foundation in programming)
- A GPA of at least 3.0 for the last 60 semester credit hours (GPA in Quantitative courses should be at least 3.3)
- TOEFL IBT score of minimum 80
