Yes indeed. KCET is the entrance exam for lateral admission into the second year of engineering conducted by Karnataka government via KEA. Through lateral entry, student get direct admission in the second year. If you have completed Diploma, then you can get admission through lateral entry for B.Tech.

Hi Bharat,
Yes, you can join navy (navigation) as your degree is completed. Generally the minimum criteria is 60 percent in your graduation. And you need to clear the entrance exam for the same.
