Yes, a correction window is usually provided for a limited period after submission of DE-CODE Application form. You can log in to your portal and make necessary edits within that timeframe.

To fill out the DE-CODE Application form, you will need a passport-size photograph, signature (scanned), academic certificates, and a valid government ID proof. Refer to the official guidelines for file size and format specifications.

You can access the DE-CODE application form on the official website of the institute conducting the DECODE exam. Make sure to register using a valid email ID and mobile number.

If you have completed your B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) in 2023, your NEET qualifying examination code will be Code 6.

• NEET Code 6 is for candidates who have passed a Bachelor's Degree with at least two of the subjects-Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany/Zoology)-and have also passed the earlier qualifying examination (10+2) with these subjects

• Since B.Pharma is a graduation degree in the field of pharmacy (which includes relevant Science subjects), and you have already completed 10+2 with the required subjects to be eligible for B.Pharma,  Code 6 is the correct code to use for NEET 2025.

The DE-CODE 2025 scorecard will be valid for the current academic session only. So, using the scorecard, you will be able to get admission in the 2025-25 academic session.

You can’t use the scorecard for admission in the next session.

The DE-CODE 2025 result will be released online. The scorecard will carry the following information.

• The name and roll number of the candidate

• Sectional score

• Overall score

• Merit rank

The scorecard will be available for download in pdf format. Download and take a printout.

The DE-CODE 2025 results will be declared online at the admission portal of the institute. 

To check your results, you need to go to the portal and follow these steps:

1. Click on the result link

2. A log-in window will open

3. Enter your log-in credentials

4. On log-in, you can download the scorecard.

The exam officials will not release any draft DE-CODE 2025 answer key.

However, if it decides to release the answer key, the same will be updated here.

In case the draft key is released, it will contain details like the answer key code for each question.

The candidate will also be allowed to challenge the draft key in some cases.

Exam officials will not release any draft answer key for DE-CODE 2025.

Also, with no answer keys being released, their will be no option to challenge it as well.

The exam officice will directly release the exam results on its admission portal. You can check your results by logging into the result portal.
