The cutoff data provided by TS EAMCET 2022 says one requires a rank in the range of 2069 to 18995 for their B. Pharm course in Deccan School of Pharmacy. You will have no chance whatsoever at Deccan School of Pharmacy with your rank of 66,000 on the TS EAMCET, since that is too far off the mark on the cutoff limit. You will, however, be admitted to other private pharmacy colleges in Telangana that take admission on the basis of TS EAMCET scores.
