Defence Institute of Advanced Technology 2025 cutoff has been released for admission to MSc course on the basis of IIT JAM scores and CCMN counselling. For the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 253 and 1631. DIAT OBC category candidates varied between 513 and 2154. For the SC category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 1142 and 4497. For ST category candidates, the cutoff was released for MSc in Food Technology with the cutoff rank of 4911 for  M.Sc. in Data Science, the cutoff rank was 6486. For the EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were at a range of 438 and 3047.

Eligibility (for UG):

  • Passed Class 12 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  • Minimum marks requirement.

Selection Process:

  • Selection is based on a nomination process by the parent service (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.).
  • Non-Sponsored Candidates, Selection is based on the JEE (Main) exam score followed by an interview and medical examination.
