No, it is not possible at all with low graduation marks. Some top colleges also provide based on your score in entrance. If you appear for CAT and if you can score around 99 percentile then you may get calls from the new IIMs and also IIM, Calcutta. Otherwise, some private college may give you admission.

Suman, some of the best private universities offering Engineering in Delhi NCR are
Amity
Manav rachna
Sharda
GD Goenka
BML Munjal
Apart from these you have other good universities in North India like Lovely Professional University, Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Chitkara University etc, that have made a name for themselves for quality education.
All these universities have world class infrastructure and offer good facilities to students. Most have good placements and some even offer scholarships.
Check the websites of some of them.
Good luck.

Hi Kirandeep,
I would suggest that you get the cut off percentages of the previous year of DU colleges and find out in which college you can get admission in a certain subject. That is, go by the other way round and get to know which college can offer you what subjects based on the XIIth exam marks, then select the subjects vis-a-vis college.
