Not always. Most BPT colleges in Delhi NCR admit students based on their Class 12 marks or their own entrance test. Only a few government colleges, like UCMS and VMMC, ask for a valid NEET score. So if you haven't cleared NEET, you still have plenty of private college options in the region. Just make sure to check each college's specific admission process before applying, since rules can vary a lot.
