Yes, with 83% in Class 12 (non-medical), you can apply to several government colleges in Delhi under Delhi University (DU) that offer BA programs based on merit through CUET scores, but some colleges under IP University or Ambedkar University Delhi may have limited seats available through direct admission or internal procedures. Keep checking their official admission notices for non-CUET options, if any.

In Delhi NCR, some government colleges offering BCA and B.Sc courses include Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU)-affiliated institutes like Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies and others. For B.Sc, Delhi University colleges like Hindu College, Hansraj College, and Miranda House are top options. Admission is usually through CUET, based on merit and subject availability.

If you're a PCB student planning to shift to B.Com, a good subject combination would include Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. Since you haven't studied Commerce before, starting with these basics helps build a strong foundation. Many colleges in Delhi accept PCB students for B.Com, but you may face higher cut-offs or need to take bridge courses in some cases.

Direct or qualification-based admissions were offered in top engineering colleges at Delhi NCR, including government institutions such as DTU, NSUT, IIIT Delhi, and IGDTUDW (for girls), usually through JAC or JEE main score. Private colleges such as Amity, Galgotias, Sharda, and NIU give direct admissions through the 12th issue or management quota for eligible students.

With a 93.6680713 percentile in JEE Mains and belonging to OBC Delhi region, securing Mathematics and Computing at NSUT will be very challenging. The cut-offs for this branch, even with home state OBC reservation, are typically much higher, often above 97-98 percentile.

With a JEE Main rank of 290,015 securing admission to a top government engineering college in Delhi for popular branches like computer science engineering is unlikely, however there might be limited options in less popular branches or in colleges with lower and iras ranking through the JAC regular counselling or other state level counselling process.

As of my knowledge, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi, has announced 232 seats for the B.Com (Hons) and B.Com (Programs) courses for the academic year 2024-2025. Since the college is a Sikh minority institution, 50% of the seats are reserved for Sikh minority applicants. The other half is accessible to all on the basis of merit without any specific reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS. During DU's CSAS counselling rounds, the reservation of seats fluctuates and during each round, updated vacancies are published on the official portal.
