Yes, you can but check that you satisfy the cut-off. First of all, cancel the admission and take all the certificates back and go to the respective college in which you want admission and follow the same procedure of admission.

Many colleges and universities situated in Delhi NCR region provide the same course. (Amity, SGT and many more)
If you have marks above 86% in best four and belong to general category, then you can wait for the next cut-off list of Delhi University.

Zakir Husain, Delhi is the best among above all colleges because it has good transportation facility via bus and metro also. Other colleges do not have the metro commuting facility. Faculty members for this course are very good and helpful in nature. So, from every angle, it is a good college.

If you belong to OBC category then you will get any north campus college. Yes, you will get a good and reputed college in Delhi University. For getting an idea in which college you can get admitted in this course, check out the cutoff of last year. For further information regarding admission process and last year cutoff, visit the DU website.

In order to calculate your best of four, you need to choose your subjects that have been listed in two lists. The subjects like physics, maths, history, geography, political Science and many others have been listed in the first list. Including these subjects won't cause a deduction, however that also depends upon your course and your stream. Further there are subjects like physical education, fine arts which may cause a deduction. You can use the following link for help-

The college you'll be getting into will depend upon your choice, of course, your ECA trails and interviews and best four. Say your best four is 85% (after deductions) and you decided to go for Philosophy you might get into a decent college like Mata Sundri College for Women, Gargi College, Ramanujan, Kamla Nehru College. But if you wish to get into great colleges you must go through ECA trails. Mind you the trails and interviews are pretty peculiar, you need to have at least one national certificate to stand as a considerable candidate.
